Agreement and operator
These CalculatorOnline.xyz terms of use apply to CalculatorOnline.xyz, operated by CalculatorOnline.xyz, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. They are effective August 29, 2026. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The minimum age is 16. If local law requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies. A person using the site for an organization represents that they have authority to act for it.
These terms describe use of the service and are not legal advice for an individual situation.
The service
CalculatorOnline.xyz provides deterministic browser tools for basic arithmetic. The core route tokenizes and parses a bounded expression, calculates with reduced rational values, displays a result and order summary, and can keep a volatile tape and memory register in current page memory.
The site does not provide an account, saved history, cloud synchronization, API, upload, professional advice, live support, guaranteed uptime, or a permanent record. It does not verify the real-world assumptions, units, source data, or suitability of an expression.
Features, input boundaries, display precision, routes, and availability may change. Material policy changes should receive a new effective date and appropriate notice. No roadmap or continued availability is promised.
Your arithmetic responsibility
You choose every input, operator, convention, and use of the result. Review the normalized expression, parser notes, rounding rule, domain warning, and worked calculation. Keep source data and perform an independent check when an outcome matters.
A mathematically correct expression may be irrelevant to the real question. A displayed decimal may have too few places for a specialized context. A percent convention may differ from another calculator. A negative remainder convention may differ from a programming language or textbook. The tool states its own conventions; you remain responsible for deciding whether they fit.
Do not rely on the site as financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, legal, safety, engineering, or educational authority. Use qualified review and purpose-built systems where appropriate.
Acceptable use
You may use the public tools for lawful personal or organizational arithmetic. You may quote a result or small example with appropriate context. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe other systems without permission, distribute malware, inject executable content, overload infrastructure, scrape at harmful volume, impersonate the operator, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
Do not enter information you lack authority to handle. Do not use the support address for secrets, abusive content, spam, emergency requests, or unsolicited sensitive records. Do not suggest that a result is certified, endorsed, or stored by CalculatorOnline.xyz.
Automated access is not granted merely because pages are public. Written permission may be required for high-volume collection, republishing, or testing that could affect service integrity.
Worked responsibility example
A user enters 100 ÷ 3 and sees the exact fraction 100/3 plus a decimal rounded to 12 places. They plan to split a payment among three recipients. The arithmetic tool can show one mathematical quotient, but it cannot decide currency minor-unit rules, allocation of the leftover cent, contractual duties, tax treatment, or who is entitled to receive funds.
The user must apply an appropriate payment process and reviewed allocation rule. Copying the decimal does not create a transfer or record. This separation between arithmetic and real-world action applies across the site.
Intellectual property and feedback
The site design, copy, original visual assets, interaction contracts, and software are owned by CalculatorOnline.xyz or used under applicable rights, except for third-party marks and materials. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the public site as intended. They do not transfer ownership or authorize copying the site, packaging it as another service, or using its identity deceptively.
CalculatorOnline.xyz is an independent brand. References to products or platforms, if any, identify interoperability or infrastructure and do not imply endorsement. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate, provided the operator handles personal information under the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” CalculatorOnline.xyz disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility, and preservation of state.
The rational engine and worked examples reduce certain ambiguities but do not eliminate software defects, misunderstood conventions, browser failures, copied-data errors, or unsuitable use. No result is a guarantee.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CalculatorOnline.xyz and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or business; decisions based on results; inability to access the service; or unauthorized use of copied content.
Any aggregate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited as permitted by applicable law, considering that the service is free and accepts no payment. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Suspension, changes, and governing law
The operator may restrict access to protect users, rights, infrastructure, or legal obligations. The operator may correct content, change tool limits, remove a route, or discontinue the service. Users should not treat volatile tape as durable storage.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to mandatory local consumer protections. Disputes should first be raised at support@calculatoronline.xyz with a safe description. No venue or procedure described here removes rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where law permits. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with incorporated policies, form the agreement for use of the site.
Terms questions
Does the site guarantee a correct real-world decision?
No. It performs bounded arithmetic under declared conventions.
May I use results in professional work?
Only with independent verification, appropriate tools, authority, and qualified judgment.
Is my tape preserved as evidence?
No. Tape is volatile current-page context and is not an audit record.
Which law governs these terms?
Applicable United States law, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived.
Review before relying
Select Review the terms before using a result, then compare the tool’s convention with your real task. Stop and obtain appropriate review when the decision requires more than basic arithmetic.
